Умение слушать, обращая внимание на детали
Цель ЛР данного типа — развить умение замечать и понимать все существенные характеристики объекта высказывания, которые в совокупности обеспечивают достаточно полное понимание текста. В отличие от заданий в ЛР предыдущих типов, целенаправленное восприятие текста в данной ЛР требует понимания не только основного содержания высказывания и точки зрения говорящего, но также детального восприятия и удержания в оперативной памяти всей существенной информации.
Данную ЛР можно выполнять вне аудитории, так как она носит естественно-коммуникативный характер и ее проведение не требует непосредственного контроля преподавателя.
Структура ЛР:
1. Прослушивание описательных или объяснительных высказываний и отбор упомянутых в них характеристик объекта высказывания (из числа предложенных).
2. Прослушивание аналогичных высказываний и выбор единственно правильной характеристики объекта.
3. Прослушивание текста и определение данных на карточке утверждений по его содержанию как правильных или ложных.
Примечание:
Множественный выбор можно давать либо на иностранном языке, либо на родном. Использование родного языка оправданно в тех случаях, когда обучающиеся лишь отмечают, но не воспроизводят правильный выбор. Родной язык помогает обеспечить смысловую емкость вариантов ключа, что немаловажно в работах, формирующих умения компрессии воспринятого сообщения для хранения его в оперативной памяти.
ЛР данного типа является внеаудиторной, аудиовизуальной, письменной.
Labwork 7: Listening for detais
Part 1. Rationae and Directions:
Sometimes you needn't worry when some detais of a description escape you. But if two or more objects differ from each other by just one detai, it matters a great dea, and you can't afford missing it. That is why your operationa memory shoud be aert.
Today you wi earn to understand descriptive utterances and retain every fact in your memory.
Listen to each description and tick the detais mentioned.
Part 2. Directions:
Listen to some more utterances, which can be descriptive or narrative, and choose the phrase in Russian that sums up a the vita detais. Tick the number of this phrase.
Part 3. Directions:
Listen to the text and read the statements on your answer sheet. Mark every right statement with all pus, and every wrong statement — with a minus.
Mr Jones is not a very practica person. Driving aong a main road one dark night he suddeny had a fat tyre. Even worse, he discovered that he didn't have a spare whee in the back of the car. Jones waved to passing cars and orries but not one of them stopped. Haf an hour passed and he was amost in despair. At ast he waved to a car just ike his own. To his surprise, the car actuay stopped and a well dressed young woman got out. Jones was terriby disappointed. How coud a person like this possiby hep him? The ady, however, offered him her own spare whee. But Jones had to expain that he had never changed a whee in his ife. She set to work at once and fitted the wheel in a few minutes whie Jones ooked on in admiration. (.G.Aexander*)
